All estimates for each project will be determined after a complete evaluation of the project has been completed. Final pricing will be presented to the owner or their representative and agreed upon before any work begins. The following prices are itemized unit descriptions only.
The large Water Out Drying Equipment will not be required on every project.

- $250.00 per each 25 pieces of equipment supplied to the jobsite. (Mobilization)
- $250.00 per each 25 pieces of equipment supplied to the jobsite. (Demobilization)
- Water Extraction will be billed at $62.50 per man hour (includes extractor, water claws & wands) $500.00 Min.
- Inspections using infrared camera for moisture detection $175.00 per hour, including drive time to and from project sites.
- Computer Data Logging of Humidity, Temperature & Dew point will be included with all drying projects at no extra charge.
- Daily Field notes will accompany all final invoices with Letter of Certification of Drying to IICRC Standards. No Certification will be delivered if work is not completed to IICRC SR500 Standard Reference Guide for Professional Water Damage Restoration.
- Missing Equipment will be billed at manufactures invoiced price plus shipping and 20% markup for replacement fee. All equipment will be logged on and off each job according to serial #.
