WATER DAMAGE EMERGENCY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Do not panic – the initial flooding has already occurred. If you have not found the source already do so as quickly as possible but do not rush! I assure you we can dry whatever is wet.
  2. Look for important paperwork and photographs that may be wet. Spread them out ASAP. Do not worry we will be able to dry them as well.
  3. Insurance information - Make sure you have your homeowners insurance policy numbers. If you have coverage. If you have homeowners insurance it is very likely you will have ample coverage.
  4. Do not worry about all the contents and floorings we will extract and dry them as well. Real hardwood floors will need to be evaluated to determine if they will be saved or removed.
  5. Do not move furniture & contents! I have had too many customers hurt themselves unnecessarily. The wet floors and electricity are very dangerous!

  7. My Work Authorization Form and Price List are on the website. I will need your authorization on these forms to begin the work. Please review this information ASAP.
