WHY WATER OUT IS DIFFERENT

Hurricane Katrina RepairThe greatest benefit to using Water Out is the final product.

Water Out of Northeast Florida uses fresh outside air as the drying source. The outside air is conditioned within the Water Out trailer and introduced into a flooded building at about 2%RH (relative humidity). The super-dry air is circulated through a flooded building and the wet contaminated air is exhausted to the outside of the building. This "Open Air Exchange" concept leaves a clean, dry building in only a few days.

Standard dehumidifiers require a large amount of extra power to run their "mini" refrigerant systems and blowers throughout a wet building. They waste energy to convert wet air to water and pump it to a drain. This type of technology was designed before most of us were born.

Water Out runs on very little power and does the work of several standard dehumidifiers. This leaves us the extra power to run the needed air movers to release the wet air and exhaust it from the building. Drying with fresh outside air seems very clear - Water Out wins hands down!

Water Out is quiet too! Inaudible from more than twenty feet Water Out will not disturb neighbors. For more infomation, please call 904-838-9786 or

A Flood...The One Emergency You Did Not Plan For

Home FloodUnless you live by an ocean or untamed river, you probably never thought you would be the victim of a flood. In fact, over two hundred million dollars are paid out annually by insurance companies for floods caused by washing machine hose failures alone. Frozen pipes, ice dams, toilet and sink overflows, water heaters, and broken pipes contribute to the two billion dollars in homeowner claims paid every year.

Fortunately most water losses are covered by your homeowner's policy.

But you must do your part. Your responsibility starts the minute you notice the flood. You must take whatever immediate action you can to minimize the loss. These actions will not interfere with the willingness of your insurance company to pay the claim. So let's get busy...the sooner your home gets dried, the less the final loss. Safety first! Water and electricity are a dangerous combination. Do not step into a flooded space unless all power to that area is off.

In a water damage emergency, time is the only thing you can control!
